2. Drive Thru Restaurants
- Now we can order fat producing food and not spend any energy to get it.
- How many of us use our kids or some else to get us food while we sit in front of the TV with our remotes
- Any body here called for Pizza. You do not have to leave you house any more they will bring it to you.
- TV Dinners, need I say any more.
3. Computers And The Internet
- Travel any where in the world without leaving our house
- Shop any store in the world without leaving our house
- Talk to millions of people (you get the idea)
- Work and earn a living
- Have S*x
- Be entertained with games, movies, music, or joining social websites
- Education about any subject through online courses
- Just about any thing the mind can imagine can be found without any exercise
4. Trains, Planes, And Automobiles
- Less Walking (not everyone had a horse or could ride in the wagon)
- Less Running (from thing that want to hurt or eat you)
- Do you realize how energy was spent using a horse or wagon back in the day
5. Food Centers Or Grocery Store
- Hunting for food was full time workout program
- Growing or Planting crops took a lot of exercise
- Getting or carrying water was a great cardio workout
- Food Centers will deliver to your front door. You use no energy
This is just a short list showing how we depend on Machines, Technology, and Modern Advances to do less. I am sure you could add a lot more examples. All the things above make our lives easier but it also makes fatter and lazier. This is why we need to have a Fitness Program in our daily routine.
